Christina Haack was birthed in Anaheim California on the 9th day of July, 1984. Her first position was the real estate industry. This is how she met her future partner, Tarek El Moussa. After the 2008 crash of the stock exchange many investors in real estate and those who were home flippers were unable to make their profits. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa nearly financially bankrupted after the crash in stocks in the year 2008. The couple moved from an expensive home where they were paying $6,000 per month, and moved to a small apartment which cost only $700. The economy and their businesses gradually rebounded. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted one of his friends to aid in making an HGTV video audition in the year 2011. The clip included Tarek turning a whole house with Christina. The tape was into the hands of executive from a production company known as Pie Town Productions. The execs were in love with Tarek along with Christina. The contract was agreed by the couple and HGTV. Flip of Flop was launched in April of 2013. For seven seasons, the show was broadcast between 2013-2017. Christina and Tarek, who appeared on the show, were able to purchase properties, which were typically middle-income homes located in Orange County. Tarek handles construction, demolition and renovations. Christina keeps everything running according to schedule.

Between 2013 and 2017, the show ran 92 episodes in seven seasons. Christina and Tarek, who appeared on the show, would buy properties, usually homes of the middle class homes in Orange County - and spend several months upgrading them to sell the homes for more money. Tarek is focused on renovating and demolition while Christina is in charge of design. They make sure everything stays on time.
